Laura Miller graduated from Bucknell University, then received her Masters Degree from Michigan State University. Laura joined the Ransom Everglades Upper School faculty in 2000 after tutoring two former Ransom students who recommended the excellent school with small classes and enthusiastic students. Laura's favorite part of teaching is interacting with the students. Besides teaching, she is in charge of Operation Smile. This summer she was able to travel to Africa and observe/work with the teachers in a Zambian school. Outside of school, Laura enjoys traveling, teaching Sunday School, tutoring at UM's athletic department, and doing most anything involving the ocean/beach.
