It is the goal of the Mathematics Department of Ransom Everglades School to equip each student with the skills, knowledge, and understanding of mathematics to succeed in all fields of study at the college level and beyond. We seek to teach the fundamental concepts of math as well as the critical thinking skills necessary to use that knowledge wisely. Striving to give all students equal opportunities for success, our exceptional faculty uses a wide variety of methodologies: class discussions, discovery and cooperative learning, technology, and hands-on application projects.
